2017 Pest Control Schedule

Target Pest Control will be servicing Tennyson Row in 2017 on March 22, June 28, Sept 27 and December 13. Please make sure that Adams Properties has a key to your unit so that it can be serviced. Adams Properties keeps the keys you have provided us in a special locked cabinet within a locked closet. The technician picks the keys up from our office after signing them out, services Tennyson Row, leaving business cards in the units he visits, and returns the keys, signing them back in the same day.
If you have dogs, please make sure they are secured on those dates. Also if you have a sign saying you have an alarm system, they will not enter your unit. The Office Manager at Target is Patricia McFadden and the phone # is 843-762-0575.
If you have tenants in your unit and you want your unit treated, it is your responsibility to let your tenants know when the technician is coming and that they make sure the technician can gain access. Thanks very much!
